BIOMAPE partners will come together at the premises of the Slovenian partner GZS – Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia to discuss the project’s progress during this kick-off phase and agree on the next steps.
Following the General Assembly, a technical workshop will be held on May 28 (9:00-13:00) and opened to the Slovenian biogas community, with the participation of local stakeholders. The workshop will provide an opportunity to learn more about BIOMAPE’s objectives, particularly in relation to facilitating biomethane certificates and cross-border trade. Participants will also hear about the Slovenian case study and gain an overview of Slovenian biomethane policies, current developments and opportunities, with contributions from representatives of the Slovenian Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy and the Jožef Stefan Institute.
