Data voluntarily provided by the user

The Controller will mainly process personal identification data, identifying data and/or related documents, professional data, electronic, telephone and postal contact details. All of this will be processed within the limits of the purposes pursued by the Website and in the manner further specified below.

For what reason and on what legal basis does the processing of your personal data take place?

The purposes of the processing, as well as the related legal bases on which the processing is founded, depend on the different use made by the User of the Website, the Platform or the Services. In particular:

The User’s personal data are processed by the Controller on the basis of consent, or in performance of a contract to which the User is party, or in the Controller’s legitimate interest in the free exercise of economic initiative, provided that the interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the User do not prevail, or for the establishment of liability in the event of computer crimes damaging the Website or other websites connected or related to it.

Depending on the specific purposes, data may be processed on the basis of more than one legal ground.

The personal information concerning you will be processed:

In this case, the legal basis of the processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest in the operation and improvement of the Website. The processing of your personal data, such as browsing data, e.g. IP address and cookies released through browsing the Website, is therefore carried out by the Controller for the management of the Website and for collecting information also in aggregated form. Among the technologies used to pursue this purpose, we have in particular made use of cookies, which are described in greater detail in the paragraph relating to the use of Cookies;
